Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren’t used to an environment where excellence is expected.
Almost all quality improvement comes via simplification of design, manufacturing… layout, processes, and procedures.
Also note that invariably when we design something that can be used by those with disabilities, we often make it better for everyone.
Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.
